Lynne Fraino

Lynne began volunteering with the Grand Bahama Children's Home in 2005 to help with planning the Home's 25th anniversary celebration. She joined the Board of Directors in 2021 with responsibilities for employee and volunteer relations. Lynne has a Master of Science in Mass Communications, Global Strategic Communications; a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Journalism; and graduate certificates in Women's Studies, Event Management, Leadership and Conflict Resolution. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management. Lynne has worked for several corporations in the United States and The Bahamas and is currently the Human Resources and Marketing Director at Kelly's Freeport Limited. Lynne also serves as Vice-President of the Bahamas Swimming Federation and is a member of Freeport Bible Church. Lynne has one beautiful daughter, Katelyn Hope, who is her motivation to serve the community by helping less fortunate children and empowering women and girls.
